There can be a mismatch between the time required for an investor to complete an auction purchase and the time taken for a traditional loan to be approved. So, in February 2018 we launched the UK's first pre-approved commercial auction product with property auctioneer Acuitus. Our Auction Loans are available to investors who buy commercial property at Acuitus auctions.
Can be used for any commercial property sold under the hammer for £500,000 or more.
50% of the purchase price provided on the day of completion (net loan).
No separate valuation required.
Interest retained for the term of the loan.
Minimum interest period of one month.
