We’ve been working with property developers for many years now, and we’re always looking for ways to help them build more properties throughout the UK. So, when they told us they wanted a lending product that allowed them to refinance their completed development sites, we listened, and came up with our Development Exit loan product. This allows developers to move from their more expensive development finance provider to a cheaper refinancing loan from us, while also giving them more time to sell their completed site. We can also offer the option for them to raise capital from the sale of units to further improve their cashflow.
Pay rates from 0.45% per month.
No early redemption charges for a fixed period (followed by a fixed term loan should it be required).
