Some lenders won’t provide loans on small development schemes. Not us. We can help with ‘light’ development projects ranging anywhere from two houses to a Permitted Development conversion. We offer an intermediate development product for projects with build costs between £0.5m and £1.5m. These schemes do not always require the same level of monitoring as a larger scheme, so we consider light touch Quantity Surveyor monitoring.
